Base ingredients are generally either cheap or effective--we've elected to go with effective!  TriSport features a supportive base that's comprised of premium grade, full-fat milled flaxseed and a premium quality yeast culture. Our food grade flax is loaded with the highly desirable Omega-3 fatty acids.
